Maybe we should stop calling it a midlife crisisand just call it a life crisis. Psychological research reveals that at age 28 people start questioning the meaningfulness of their lives. It peaks at 29. And then declines at 30. And then we go through the cycle again at 38, 48, 58, and the rest of our lives.
