Fifty seven percent of Americans prefer toilet paper to be hung so that the next sheet comes over, rather than under the roll; 14 percent want the toilet paper to hang the other way and 24 percent say they have no preference. And since we are on the
subject, 70 percent of Americans say that when they're at home and use the last piece of toilet paper, they always immediately replace it with a new roll.
