The latest research reveals what you probably already know: For a standard movie theater with exit rows on the sides, the best spot is as close to dead center as you can get. You can see the entire screen and the sound is better.

So that’s they say that is the best seat for viewing, but there are other factors to consider. If a person must use the bathroom frequently for example, then the end seat might be best. If you’re on a second date, maybe the back; way in the corner would be best. Or if you’re paranoid then the seat closest to the exit. Then again if we’re talking about any of the square theaters in South Jersey, then there's not a bad seat in the house. ~RR~
